A First Class Detective for the Galcative Police in Tenchi Muyo! She is smart, with a good head on shoulders. Her partner is the ditzy Mihoshi. She was in "Tenchi Muyo in Love" which kicked ass. My favorite episode was her first where she said: "Mihoshi please be dead!" ^_^

Kiyone in the episode where Washu made that machine where they could travel in time. In this scene she's the head of the police and she's saying that she and her force will capture the fugitives Tenchi and Ryoko!
